Consistency is key

 

Success isn’t always about greatness, it’s about consistency.  A statement from Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) that we couldn't agree with more!

As marketers, we want to ensure we are doing what we can to engage customers in the hope they feel more, buy more, buy more frequently or start buying again.

But, when it comes to executing retention and growth campaigns, all too often we see great concepts become part of an ad-hoc or sporadic execution approach and therefore under perform.

We are great believers of consistency . . .  following a targeted approach, with a standard toolkit of campaigns that we know work, get improved through evolution, and can be executed quickly and effectively.

Over complicating retention and growth efforts is expensive and unnecessary . . .  instead, let’s spend time and effort developing and executing an awesome suite of consistent campaigns, rather than a sporadic collection of ill targeted and underperforming ad hoc campaigns.
